Goal: Reimagine an existing Mediterranean restaurant as upscale Turkish dining.
What we did
Opened the kitchen into the existing dining room, coordinating the structural header required to connect the spaces.
Reconfigured the kitchen layout and integrated a new first-floor powder room.
Redesigned the rear addition to create a dining area with a wet bar.
Reworked the basement layout, installed new tile flooring, and updated the existing full bathroom and laundry room.
Oversaw design implementation and met regularly with the contractor and clients to review progress and resolve construction questions.
Result: A more connected and functional home, with improved spaces for cooking and gathering, a convenient first-floor powder room, and a refreshed basement that supports everyday use.
